Senior Product Owner I
The Senior Cooling Product Owner defines and drives the global product line strategy, maximizing competitiveness, growth, and standardization across all markets worldwide. They influence long-term product direction, shape roadmap priorities across a portfolio, and lead global initiatives that integrate business strategy, customer needs, technology evolution, and operational constraints.
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Support
• Define long-term product vision and influence portfolio strategy.
• Lead roadmap execution across multiple product lines or platforms.
• Drive strategic standardization and simplification across offerings.
• Report the product strategy and NPIs to the leadership team in Stage Gate/Events
Sales, Marketing & Communication Assets
• Oversee alignment of messages and value propositions across the portfolio.
• Sponsor large-scale launch programs and global go-to-market readiness.
• Guide advanced content strategies and thought-leadership topics.
Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking
• Lead competitive strategy across entire product families.
• Perform technology scouting for long-term platform innovation.
• Detect macro-market shifts and translate them into strategic themes.
Pricing & Business Case Support
• Guide portfolio-level pricing strategies and long-term margin ambitions.
• Review major business cases for investments and platform evolution.
• Oversee global pricing harmonization across product lines.
Data Analysis & Internal Reporting
• Influence portfolio decisions through advanced data-driven insights.
• Communicate strategic insights to leadership teams.
Collaboration with Regions & Cross-Functional Teams
• Lead alignment across executive stakeholders and global value streams.
• Sponsor cross-functional programs (platform redesigns, global NPIs).
• Mentor Product Owners and Product Managers on strategic product practices.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
• Act as senior product representative for strategic global customers.
• Lead executive-level product discussions and roadmap reviews.
• Shape long-term customer value creation initiatives.
