Join Schneider Electric as Offer Management Director for Power Products and lead the Offer Management function across the Nordic Baltic zone. This is a senior leadership role where you will translate global offer strategy into strong local execution, drive performance across the 4Ps: Product, Price, Place and Promotion, and strengthen the commercial impact of one of our key business areas.

You will lead a team of experienced Offer Managers and build a culture of business ownership, operational excellence and customer-facing commercial leadership within the team.

Acting as a key point of contact for Power Products Offer Management in the Nordic Baltic zone, you will work closely with channel leaders, country presidents, sales teams, global Lines of Business and central functions. This is a highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, technical understanding, analytical thinking and the ability to lead through complexity in a matrix organization.

What will you be doing?

You will lead the Power Products Offer Management function across the Nordic Baltic zone, translating global offer strategy into local commercial execution and measurable business impact. You will be responsible for strengthening the way the Low-Voltage Offer portfolio is positioned, launched, managed and developed across markets and channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategy and execution across Product, Price, Place and Promotion, with strong commercial mindset ensuring strong alignment between portfolio priorities, commercial policy and local market needs.


  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of experienced Offer Managers, creating clarity, increasing business impact and enabling better support to countries and channels.


  • Managing the Power Products portfolio across the full lifecycle, from introduction and growth to maturity and withdrawal, including local playbooks, operational marketing plans, launch readiness and sales enablement.


  • Partnering with channel leaders, country presidents, sales teams, local stakeholders and global Lines of Business to deploy offer strategy, influence roadmaps and support strong local execution.


  • Following profitability, margin development, portfolio performance, competitiveness and market trends to support data-driven business decisions.


  • Supporting transformation and change across local teams by building alignment, improving ways of working and strengthening the commercial impact of offer management.


What will help you succeed in this role?

We are looking for a senior leader with strong business acumen, commercial drive and a solid understanding of technical products. You understand profitability, pricing, portfolio performance and business drivers, and you are confident using data, market insight and business needs to shape clear recommendations. You can also communicate complex topics in a structured and engaging way, including with senior stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Strong leadership experience from offer management, product marketing, sales leadership, commercial leadership or a similar business leadership role.


  • Experience leading senior specialists or experienced professionals, combined with solid operational and commercial experience.


  • Solid understanding of electrical distribution, Power Products or a closely related technical industry.


  • Experience working in a complex matrix organization with multiple countries, senior stakeholders and global functions.


  • Ability to connect strategy with execution and translate business priorities into clear actions.


  • Strong understanding of how offer management creates value through portfolio choices, pricing, positioning, channel execution and lifecycle management.


Experience from Schneider Electric, Power Products or a central European function would be a strong advantage. Fluent English is required, and Danish or another Nordic language would be considered an advantage.
