The End User Solution Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth for Digital Energy solutions (Power and Building) directly with end users. This role covers Building and Critical Segments, including Semi-Con / Life Science Segments. The position involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The End User Solution Sales Manager collaborates with various departments to leverage the Digital Energy portfolio of solutions, services, and expertise to help customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Responsible for the financial performance (Orders and Sales) of Digital Energy offers in Building and Critical segments.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement mitigation action plans to close financial performance gaps.
One Digital Energy Mindset:
- Collaborate with all DE teams to drive the One DE approach, aiming to meet or exceed growth ambitions.
Adopt and deploy DE Solution value propositions:
- Adapt the global and East Asia DE solution value propositions to Singapore market.
- Define and formalize a winning strategy using DE solution value propositions (resiliency, efficiency and decarbonization) approach.
- Lead innovative and strategic business growth proposals.
Operating Plan:
- Operationalize strategy and execute account business plans.
Ecosystem Development:
- Develop the ecosystem, including end users, design firms, contractors, panel builders, and other key stakeholders.

Collaboration:
- Driving winning strategy with Enterprise Sales team of all businesses (Building and Critical Segments), Digital Power Application Center (DPAC), Digital Building Application Center (DBAC), System and Solution architects, Services, cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and achievement of growth objectives.
Customer Project Process (CPP):
- Own and drive CPP selling phases (S0/S1/S2).
Pipeline Management:
- Manage projects pipeline using bFO and provide visibility to SE cross-business division teams.
- Fulfill bFO criteria following company guidelines.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Drive strategic initiatives such as AMSP, Bold Bets, special projects when needed.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to proactively resolve customer issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Education:
- Nice to have u niversity degrees in engineering or equivalent higher qualifications.
Work Experiences:
- 5 years of related sales experience especially solution selling and account Management.
- Experience in Building and Digital Power solutions.
- Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
- Outstanding presentation skills required with a strong capability to articulate value proposition.
- Must have strong negotiation skills and be a self-starter, and a strong closer.
- Must be able to drive for results with a strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment.
- Ability to work independently while also being a good team player.
- Possesses a deep technical understanding and proficiency in solutions in Building and Power domains.
