For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600-176,400. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Offer Manager - Variable Speed Drives for the HVAC-R/Buildings product family to join our team in the United States.

The Senior Offer Manager will be part of the Offer Management team within the Industrial Automation business. This role is responsible for driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, gathering market intelligence, leading new offer launches, and promoting the portfolio to accelerate growth in the U.S. market.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, channel partners, and customers to strengthen our market position, enhance offer visibility, and deliver business results

Responsibilities.

Offer Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute the offer strategy for assigned product families.

• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to define and deploy Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for HVAC/Building Drives in the U.S.

• Define and optimize pricing strategy across GTMs and geographies to maximize value capture and competitiveness.

• Lead commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Manage new product launches, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business case targets.

• Collaborate with Sales to drive business development and expand into new customers and segments.

• Deliver compelling product presentations to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.

• Build commercial team capability through training programs and workshops.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Orders, Sales, Pipeline, Hit Rate) and support forecasting activities.

• Deploy promotional activities to increase awareness of the offer and ensure strong market visibility.

• Provide strategic direction to Sales through development and deployment of offer strategy plans and playbooks.

Market Analysis:

• Identify and translate customer needs into new product requirements aligned with NAM and global strategies.

• Develop robust business cases to support new offer development.

• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis (pricing, GTM strategies, technologies).

• Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics to drive product differentiation and value creation.

• Identify market disruptions and opportunities at both NAM and global levels, and lead initiatives to capitalize on them.

Voice of Customer (VoC):

• Gather and synthesize customer insights across key personas to enhance the customer experience and journey.

• Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) activities and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Strong team player to demonstrate leadership and achieve results.

• Fluent in oral and written communication in English.

Qualification and Experience

• Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Equivalent); MBA is a plus.

• More than 5 years of experience in product/Offer management, biz development and similar techno-commercial roles for Variable Speed Drives or related products.

• Flexibility to work with global teams in various time zones, with requirement for domestic and international travel.
