We're seeking a Senior OEM Field Sales Representative to drive growth through strategic partnerships and new customer acquisition. If you thrive on building relationships, closing complex deals, and delivering value across the full sales cycle, this role offers the autonomy and impact you're looking for.

What will you do?

  • Develop and grow long-term relationships with targeted OEMs, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers
  • Promote Schneider Electric's complete portfolio of high-end solutions to drive continuous and profitable growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Centers, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to exceed customer expectations
  • Influence end users and ecosystem partners by engaging cross-functionally throughout the buying journey

  • Product Knowledge - advanced level; positioning our full portfolio to meet complex OEM requirements
  • Account Management - intermediate level; managing strategic OEM relationships and account plans to maximize growth
  • Consultative Selling - intermediate level; uncovering customer needs and aligning solutions that drive value
  • Negotiation - intermediate level; closing deals that balance customer expectations with business objectives
  • Customer Relationship Management - intermediate level; maintaining engagement and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle
  • Channel Development - intermediate level; equipping partners with tools and support to collaborate effectively
  • Strategic Prospecting - intermediate level; identifying and targeting high-potential OEM opportunities
