Job description (Manager - Offer Specialist Sales)
- Position Overview
The Sales Manager - North Region will lead front-end sales, demand creation, and business growth for LV equipment's (LV Switchgear Panels, Digital Solutions, BBT, E-house, other products) across the Northern Region. The role demands strong techno-commercial acumen, customer engagement depth, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning, and end-use/consultant/EPCs/contractors.
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales for LV Switchgear Panels (PCC, MCC, PMCC, DBs, other products), Digital Solution (SAS, ECS, DCS, etc.) and E-house.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify Potential Customers, Consultants, EPCs, and Contractors for pipeline development.
- Oversee end‑to‑end sales cycle - enquiry generation, proposal submission, negotiation, order finalization, payment follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and drive account penetration.

- Required Qualification:
- Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 6-10 years of front-end sales experience in LV electrical equipment/switchgear industry.
- Proven track record in regional sales management, technical selling & project-based business.
- Functional Skills
- Interpret customer requirements and generate technically compatible, competitive techno-commercial proposals for LV equipment.
- Strong understanding of LV Switchgear Panels, Protection, Metering, and digital solution & E-house.
- Preparing Tender Specific accurate estimations and costing for LV Switchgear Panels.
- Expertise in techno‑commercial evaluation, tender handling, and cost estimation.
- Take ownership of estimation and costing processes for LV Switchgear panels & ensuring system approvals and protocols before bidding and Contract handover.
- Coordinate, discuss, and present solutions to diverse stakeholders including product teams, factory personnel, and customers.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and account plans.
- Proficiency in CRM, SAP, bFO, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word), GeM/E-Procurement and reporting tools.
