Senior Manager - Testing

- Good technical knowledge on AIS/GIS panels Routine testing
- Good knowledge on MV switchgear IS/IEC standards
- Ability to program and test Schneider relays (P3, P5, Micom, SEPAM), ABB relay (REF, REM, REL, RED SERIES) and GE relays (P14D, Micom, GE 650)
- Responsible to maintain high level of Safety, 5S at shopfloor & FAT area
- Ability to manage customers during inspection and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ready to work in shifts
- Conduct short interval meeting with team members for daily output
- Do analysis of MQD, customer complaints (A3, 8D, Why-why)
- Plan and make use of available resources to ensure smooth and proper flow of activities to achieve the management targets
- Drive for continuous customer satisfaction in terms of improving testing efficiency, standardization of reports, meeting customer requirements and quality measure
- Work closely with Project management / Engineering / Planning / Procurement / Manufacturing / Quality / Commissioning team (if required)
- Develop and Maintain testing quality control systems to ensure product quality
- Experience on IEC61850/MODBUS communication
- Experience on GOOSE communication
- Knowledge on PLC, SCADA, RTU
- Good knowledge on Protection and control panel schematic drawings
- Develop strategies, implement, and monitor process for the Testing of Control & Relays panels
- Experience on AUTO/INDEPENDENT/MANUAL mode logics
- Experience on Arc sensor, connected products testing
- Experience on Thermal sensor pairing, PLC/HMI configuration & Testing )
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering having experience of more than 7 years
- Knowledge in Connected Products
- Previous experience as a Test Engineer or similar role
- Familiarity with various testing techniques
