We're hiring an Assistant Manager, Services Sales to lead a team that drives growth from our installed base and greenfield opportunities. If you're a natural coach who thrives on building customer relationships and delivering results, this role offers real leadership impact.

What will you do?

  • Supervise and coach your team to identify services opportunities and maximize contract renewals across the installed base
  • Drive sales of consulting, recurring services, and modernization solutions to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Set daily priorities and conduct performance reviews to ensure your team operates efficiently and hits goals
  • Make independent tactical decisions and troubleshoot escalated issues to keep operations on track
