Manager/ Sr. Manager - Product Marketing & Management - Mumbai
Drive Product management & LCM activities for Controlgear products
Product Management:
-Assess market trends for product sales, new products, competitor products, variants & to develop a strong product portfolio
-Life cycle management and Product portfolio review
New product introduction and sales:
-Lead Business case development for new products
-Field trials and new product launch in the market
-New product approvals with consultants, customer and create awareness
-Feedback from customers for product stabilization & variant development
Product Sales & Approvals:
-Provide product support to Sales, BD, Segment, OEM team
-Customer visits along with sales/OEM team to enhance LK product expertise and spec-in
Promotion:
-Preparation of Catalog for new products, Training Material, E-mailers, Presentations, Demo kits
-Organize product launch events (seminars, conclaves, exhibitions etc.)
MIS / market research
- Market Intelligence on competitors, market trends, market share
- Market demand / forecast for products
Functional Competencies
- In depth knowledge of Controlgear products & IEC standard
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Experienced in Product Management & Marketing activities

- Good communication skill

- Pleasant Personality & Extrovert
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech - Electrical
Experience range- 5-10 Years
