Senior Manager - Offer Safety

Join us as a Senior Engineer focused on offer quality and reliability. You'll turn field data into insights that drive product excellence and customer satisfaction-working with engineering, services, and business teams to ensure our offers perform at their best.

What will you do?

• Collect and analyze field performance data to track quality metrics and drive reliability improvements
• Assign and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and enhance field performance
• Build structured feedback loops using customer care insights and service hub data
• Partner with Engineering-to-Order, Line of Business, and Services teams on quality planning and execution

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Communication - intermediate level; sharing insights and maintaining alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement - intermediate level; driving quality enhancements through data-driven action plans
• Corrective and Preventive Actions - developing level; assigning and tracking CAPA to resolve field performance issues
• Customer Orientation - intermediate level; translating customer feedback into actionable quality improvements
• Data Science - developing level; analyzing failure modes and KPIs to monitor offer reliability
• Decision Making - intermediate level; prioritizing actions based on field data and business impact
• Industrialization Quality Preparation - intermediate level; planning quality requirements during offer launch phases
• Problem Solving - intermediate level; diagnosing root causes from surveillance test failures and MTTF analysis
