Senior Manager - Export Control & Sanctions Investigations - Greater India, East Asia, and Pacific

Join us as a Senior Manager leading our Export Control and Sanctions Program. You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization from regulatory and financial risk while shaping compliance strategy in a dynamic global environment.

What will you do?

• Develop and oversee export control and sanctions compliance programs that protect the organization from legal and financial exposure
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and investigations to proactively identify and address compliance gaps
• Advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams on complex regulatory requirements and strategic compliance matters
• Create and deliver training initiatives that embed compliance awareness throughout the organization

• Export Control Laws - advanced level; interpreting regulations and applying them to complex business scenarios
• Sanctions Compliance - advanced level; ensuring adherence to global sanctions frameworks and mitigating risk

• Data Analysis and Interpretation - intermediate level; analyzing trends to inform compliance decisions
