  • Develop and oversee export control and sanctions compliance programs that protect the organization from legal and financial exposure
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and investigations to proactively identify and address compliance gaps
  • Advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams on complex regulatory requirements and strategic compliance matters
  • Create and deliver training initiatives that embed compliance awareness throughout the organization
