Senior Logistics and Warehouse Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Logistics and Warehouse Business Analyst to support the Titan Transformation Program as enterprise resource planning systems are deployed across manufacturing plants in North America. This role is responsible for leading the transition from legacy systems to a future-state warehouse management solution while driving continuous improvement across supply chain operations. You will partner closely with plant operations, supply chain teams, and technology resources to ensure end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes align with business needs.

Travel required up to 50% percent within the North America market.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Project Engagement

  • Lead the identification and documentation of warehouse management business requirements and translate them into clear functional needs for system configuration.
  • Support the Product Owner as a Change Agent by helping resolve gaps between legacy systems and future-state enterprise resource planning solutions.
  • Serve as the primary business representative for warehouse management within the transformation program.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand operational requirements and business priorities.
  • Facilitate and lead stakeholder workshops to drive alignment on solution design and process changes.
  • Create and validate end-to-end process flows for manufacturing plant warehouse operations.
  • Capture user feedback and identify opportunities to enhance system functionality.
  • Contribute to the localization of project documentation, including training materials and test scripts.
  • Manage the transfer of system and process knowledge to Key Users, Data Owners, and site leadership.
  • Be accountable for site readiness activities, including planning, training coordination, audit support, and go-live preparation.

Site and Business Transformation
  • Be accountable for business transformation outcomes related to warehouse management, including solution decisions, data accuracy, and organizational change management.
  • Partner with plant leadership to ensure adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Lead and support solution testing activities, including integrated testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Hold Key Users and Data Owners accountable for assigned deliverables and participation.
  • Participate in and support end-user training and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and strict deadlines requiring sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours across multiple time zones, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during critical project phases.
  • Remote collaboration with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing plant warehouse operations, including put-away, replenishment, picking, internal logistics, and shipping processes.
  • Experience supporting warehouse management functionality within enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Proven ability to support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering results in complex project environments.
  • Leadership capability with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in engineered-to-order, configure-to-order, and make-to-order manufacturing environments.
  • Comfort working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
  • Three to five years or more of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or business analysis.
