Mission

Leading and supporting the digital transformation initiatives for the given market(s). You will act as key partner for Leaderships channel in the scope covered, as well as being the main connection point with Enterprise IT Solution Teams.

What You'll Do

Be a great Business Partner

  • Understand business priorities and manage relations with the stakeholders for the countries in scope - Presidents and Sales Directors
  • Ensure Digital Needs from zones are aligned and agreed with Schneider Digital
  • Ensure Digital Goals and Objectives are clearly understood and supported
  • Establish an agreed cadence on IT Reviews with business
  • Create effective communication channel - OpenLine, articles, one pager
  • Support Schneider technology leader exposure, external presence, customer interaction


Be a digital leader
  • Lead and grow the IT Operations, mainly country Business Partners
  • Zone Budget owner, understanding the CCs, target, actuals
  • Act as territory Enterprise IT / Digital leader


Digital Transformation Leadership
  • Lead and support the digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure implementation and integration of the Unify project and Best of Bread applications (BoB)
  • Business partner for Leadership in the countries covered, supporting the digital transformation of territory with the arrival of the Unify project


Project Management
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects in steer co mode
  • Ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of digital solutions


Training and Support
  • Provide training and support to front office teams on new digital tools and processes
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of digital solutions


Drive Digital operations and Services
  • Ensure great employee experience, leveraging central teams to deliver PC, delivery and support services
  • Full visibility on sites/infrastructure/cost/performance, drive actions where needed
  • Keeping application landscape updated with all applications used in zone/country. Define and ensure actions driven around TechDebt, Certification aligned to the Digital Transformation Plan
  • Ensure Security Standards of Schneider Operations and actively implement any measures in the given context

What You'll Bring
  • B.Sc or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT business partnering - experience in innovation roles is an advantage
  • IT support operations experience of at least 5 yrs
  • Track record of successful IT implementation projects
  • Budget Management: Managed budgets for digital initiatives
  • Efficiency Improvement: Improved process efficiency by 30% through digital solutions
  • Understand architecture and design of digital solutions on the market
  • Focused on the quality of target solutions, ownership of projects initiatives in his/her scope
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills evident in interaction with team, with Zone Leaders, with the Enterprise IT Solutions community and Unify Project Team
  • Ability to lead the team, coordination of resources, timing, budget; monitoring and keeping reports; staying up to date on priorities
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, pragmatic approach
  • Technical expertise
    • Good knowledge of complex ERP solutions
    • Ver good knowledge of business processes
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Some knowledge of applications lifecycle could be good
    • Good knowledge of Legal obligations related to IT in Europe (GDPR)
  • Advanced English language skills
