HR モデルHR Business Partner / Center of Excellence / HR ServicesのうちHR Services人事オペレーション部門の中核メンバーとして日本法人における入社から退社までの 全社員ライフサイクル業務 をリードいただきます担当いただく領域では日本国内の関係者だけでなくマレーシアにある East Asia Hub と連携しながらプロセス改善• 効率化を推進し社員体験Employee Experienceの向上に貢献していただきます

日常業務だけでなく業務プロセスの最適化や仕組みづくりにも深く関われるポジションです

具体的な業務内容Key Responsibilities

• 入社• 異動• 昇格• 休職• 復職• 退職など社員ライフサイクル全般のオペレーションを担当

• 給与• 社会保険に関する実務対応および外部ベンダーとの連携

• 社内 HR システムやワークフローの運用改善提案

• East Asia Hubマレーシアとの協業による業務標準化• 効率化の推進

• 各種人事データ管理レポート作成

• 社員• マネジャーからの問い合わせ対応日本語• 英語

• 新しいプロセス設計やオペレーション改善プロジェクトへの参画

応募資格Requirements

必須MUST

• 日本における 5〜8年程度のHR経験

• うち 2〜3年の給与• 社会保険など人事オペレーション実務経験

• 日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力海外ステークホルダーに対して日本のHRオペレーションを英語で説明できるレベル
