Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial Performance

As a Senior Finance Business Controller, you'll be based in our Nordic Baltic Zone and play a key role in driving commercial performance across multiple countries. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting decision-making and helping shape the financial roadmap for our Power Systems division and selected channels.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex environments. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to transformation initiatives, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the finance organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with Business Leaders: Act as a strategic partner to the Zone Business VP and local leaders to drive and optimize short- and long-term business performance.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Lead risk assessments, P&L management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and ensure alignment with commercial policy.
  • Shape Strategy: Contribute to strategic roadmap (AMSP), challenge commercial and marketing strategies, and support new business models, M&A, and investment decisions.
  • Drive Commercial Profitability: Monitor and challenge performance across divisions and channels, support customer acquisition, and contribute to sales councils and reviews.
  • Lead Transformation Initiatives: Support our Finance transformation by driving standardization, automation, and digitalization of processes and dashboards.
  • Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Serve as the single point of contact for financial performance across internal and external stakeholders including CFOs, auditors, and business leaders.

What will help you succeed
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in finance and/or accounting at a managerial level.
  • Analytical Strength: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mindset: Commercially driven, proactive, dynamic, and collaborative with an "action oriented" attitude.
  • Change Leadership: Experience in driving efficiency through simplification, digitization, and process improvement.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
