As a Senior Field Sales Representative for End Users & Strategic Customers, you will drive business growth in the Data Center segment, supporting customers in their journey toward resilient, sustainable, and digital infrastructure.
You will play a key role in developing trusted partnerships, delivering innovative solutions, and accelerating Schneider Electric's position as a leader in next-generation Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth
- Lead the development and execution of account strategies for key end users and strategic customers within the Data Center ecosystem
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across colocation, hyperscale, and edge Data Centers
- Manage complex, long-term sales cycles with a value-based selling approach
- Establish strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, Designing and Construction leaders, Operations and facility decision-makers
- Position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor in Data Center transformation
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience across the full lifecycle

- Full energy management and cooling solutions

- Translate customer challenges into innovative, value-driven proposals
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Data Center go-to-market strategy
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, tendering, execution, services and global account teams
- Leverage Schneider Electric's ecosystem to deliver scalable and impactful outcomes
🧠 Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within:
- Data Centers
- Critical infrastructure
- Energy management or digital solutions
- Strong track record managing strategic and complex accounts
- Solid understanding of Data Center infrastructure (power, cooling, monitoring, software)
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches
- Ability to engage in digital transformation and sustainability discussions
- Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills at executive level
- Results-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Proficient in English (mandatory)
- Proficient in Spanish (valuable)
