About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Engineer - System & Architecture Design to join our One Solutions team and support the development of innovative Digital Power solutions across complex customer projects.
This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution architecture. Working closely with sales teams, customers, and regional stakeholders, you'll help define and position integrated automation and power management solutions that deliver technical and commercial value.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support sales and pursuit teams in identifying, qualifying, and securing Digital Power opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagement.
- Assist with pursuit strategies, solution development, and opportunity planning.
- Apply Schneider Electric and industry expertise to interpret customer requirements and recommend integrated solutions.
- Develop technical proposals, specifications, BOQs, BOMs, and supporting documentation.
- Support quotation development, solution definition, and pricing activities.
- Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Offer Managers, practice leaders, and regional stakeholders.
- Help define regional go-to-market strategies and support business growth initiatives.
- Conduct process studies and identify opportunities to improve operational and economic performance for customers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 6-8 years' experience in energy automation & power systems for critical infrastructure projects.
- Extensive experience in electrical system design and automation for data centres or mission-critical environments including servers, gateways, switches, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Experience with SCADA, PLCs, substation automation, and protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus, and OPC.
- Knowledge of networking technologies including Hirschmann, Cisco, PRP, RSTP, HSR, and VLAN.
- Knowledge of load shedding, generator management, and real-time load analysis solutions.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ solutions including EPAS, EPO, and PME.
- Understanding of protection IEDs, energy metering, power quality, and electrical asset management systems.
- Knowledge of IEC 62443 OT Cybersecurity standards is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing technical proposals, BOQs, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
