Mission: Being part of Schneider Electric energy management R&D Center in India, you are responsible to provide more insights which will help business to the selling of Schneider Electric products/solutions and services.
Profile: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Selenium/ playwright/ cypress with any of the languages java/ typescript/ javascript, along with a solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and collaboration with global teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Write, manage, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Develop and maintain API test automation using Karate or RestAssured.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to setting up QA processes and best practices.
- Work in close coordination with international teams.
- Understand and contribute to Agile processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, and release planning.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and tools.

- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to establishing and refining QA processes and best practices.
- Work closely with international teams and support global deliverables.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and release planning.
- Continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and automation efficiency.
- Playwright and GitHub Copilot experience is preferred.
