Senior Engineer I, Customer Project Execution Quality

    • A highly experienced and quality-focused Quality Manager with proven expertise in managing end-to-end quality functions for Control & Relay Panels (CRP), Protection Panels, Automation Panels, SCADA Panels, RTU Panels, Metering Panels, Bay Control Panels, and Substation Control Systems. Possesses extensive experience in establishing robust quality management practices across design, manufacturing, testing, commissioning support, and customer acceptance processes within the power transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ANSI, utility, and customer-specific standards.
    • Manage quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
    • Oversee inspection and testing of Control & Relay Panels, Protection Panels, RTU and SCADA Panels.
    • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), customer witness tests, and product validation activities.
    • Drive supplier quality improvement through audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
    • Reduce defects, rework, customer complaints, and cost of poor quality.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure complete traceability, documentation control, and regulatory compliance.
    • Lead internal, external, supplier, and customer quality audits.
    • Develop quality teams through coaching, mentoring, and technical training.
