Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative (Country Sales)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior End Users & Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative II to drive sustainable growth across assigned strategic accounts and end-user customers. This role is responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading consultative sales engagements that create value for customers while accelerating business performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to execute account strategies, promote Schneider Electric's portfolio of solutions and services, and contribute to customer efficiency, digitalization, and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer share of wallet.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and C-level executives within assigned accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities across products, software, solutions, and services.
- Lead the sales process using a consultative and value-based selling approach.
- Drive customer engagement by understanding business challenges and translating them into tailored solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to ensure full portfolio penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, channel, and services teams to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Support project specification, prescription activities, and project execution through relevant ecosystems and partners.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, growth objectives, and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, strategic account management, or field sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience working with large end users, industrial customers, strategic accounts, or enterprise customers.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
