At Schneider Electric, we're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - Data Centre to play a critical role in delivering innovative, commercially sound, and technically robust solutions that put us in a winning position with our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design and price end-to-end electrical solutions for data centre projects (from small packages to highly integrated systems)
• Partner with sales teams, customers, and consultants to develop winning bids
• Manage projects through the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process, ensuring compliance and quality
• Develop cost models, BOMs, and proposals aligned to client requirements
• Maintain profitability, manage risks, and drive customer satisfaction
• Present solutions and insights to clients and senior stakeholders, while mentoring junior engineers

What You Bring & How You Succeed

• 10+ years' experience in Application Engineering/Solution Architecture within the data centre industry, with strong expertise in power systems, UPS, and electrical infrastructure
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Proven ability to deliver value-driven, commercially sound solutions, including accurate costing, BOMs, and proposals
• Great commercial acumen with understanding of CapEx, OpEx, ROI, and margin management
• Awesome communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
