What will you do?
As a Digital Solutions Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative technology solutions on time and within budget.
- Lead and oversee digital solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, cybersecurity, vendors) to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
- Define project deliverables and milestones , develop detailed project plans, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor project performance , identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships , including selection, negotiation, and performance oversight for technology partners.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and industry regulations.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, financial performance, and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI.
- Support business development efforts by collaborating with sales teams to identify and pursue digital solution opportunities.
- Mentor and develop project team members , promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital or technology projects (IT/OT integration, cloud, IoT, analytics).
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, automation technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting is required.
- Proficiency in other project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- PMP or Agile certification preferred; experience with digital transformation frameworks is a plus.
