We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Client Management team as a Senior Client Manager within our SE Advisory Services division, based in our Budapest Hub . You will be joining a team that is vital to the future success of the business, and you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic European customers as they pursue their energy and sustainability goals .

Purpose of the job:

As a Senior Client Manager, you will take a leading role in shaping the commercial success of the Client Management team .
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high ‑ value, strategic accounts, deepening long ‑ term partnerships, and driving growth across our energy, sustainability, and efficiency solutions. Through proactive engagement and a strong understanding of client priorities, you will identify new opportunities, influence decision making, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

In this senior position, you will act as a trusted advisor to your clients , guiding them through complex market dynamics, regulatory changes, and sustainability challenges. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services while championing continuous improvement and best ‑ in ‑ class client experience.

What you will do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high ‑ value, strategic accounts, driving revenue expansion through proactive identification of upsell and wider lead generation for SE Advisory Services .
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping their energy and sustainability strategies and influencing long ‑ term decision ‑ making.
  • Lead commercial conversations with confidence, presenting value propositions in person and on Teams , negotiating commercial terms, and supporting the development of proposals that align with client objectives .
  • Develop and execute A ccount M anagement growth plans that strengthen client partnerships, increase revenue , and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Build deep insight into client operations , industry dynamics and products within SE Advisory Services , using this knowledge to anticipate needs and position relevant SE Advisory Services solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of contracted services, ensuring a seamless client experience while identifying opportunities to enhance value and expand engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team s to ensure alignment on client strategy and to accelerate commercial opportunities.
  • Champion best ‑ in ‑ class client engagement, mentoring junior team members, sharing expertise , and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Client Management team .
  • Represent the client voice internally, influencing product development, service enhancements, and strategic initiatives that support commercial growth.


What we need from you:


  • Minimum 5 years of Client Management experience , ideally within the energy and sustainability industry
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent experience in the industry
  • Commercial/Sales experience with track record of success
  • Fluent business English. Other EU language skills are advantageous but not required
  • Excellent Sustainability Reporting and energy market knowledge
  • Charismatic, energetic and reassuring with presence
  • Exemplary communication skills at all levels of businesses

  • Willingness to travel
