Your mission:

Act as the central point of accountability for the successful delivery of clients' energy management programs. You will serve as the primary interface between clients and internal service delivery teams, ensuring seamless coordination, alignment, and execution of all contracted services while driving an exceptional client experience throughout the entire customer journey.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of their energy management programs
  • Lead client onboarding activities and support the successful transition into ongoing service delivery
  • Oversee overall program performance, ensuring services are delivered according to contractual commitments and agreed service levels
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business objectives and evolving needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage client queries, requests, and escalations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor program delivery, proactively identify risks, and address potential service gaps
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective service execution
  • Provide training and guidance on Schneider Electric's cloud-based energy and sustainability platform
  • Support clients in maximizing the value of Schneider Electric's digital solutions and services
  • Ensure clear communication regarding service scope, deliverables, and expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and the overall client experience
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by sharing best practices and industry knowledge
  • Support knowledge sharing activities and mentor junior colleagues within the team
  • Promote operational excellence through adherence to established supply, sustainability, and efficiency processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of systems and procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams in a dynamic international environment


What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, client management, account management, or related areas
  • Several years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within energy, sustainability, consulting, or service delivery environments
  • Fluency in English is a must; any additional European language (especially German or French) is a strong advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly motivated personality
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail combined with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in delivering trainings, workshops, or client-facing presentations is considered an advantage
