Senior Business Finance Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Finance Controller to join our high performing Finance Team based in Israel. Supporting our business unit, you will be responsible to deliver scalable growth and value creation through business advisory & thoughtful analysis that will drive strategic decisions. Acting as partner with the business by delivering financial analysis, actionable insights, and governance/control.
What will you do?
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
- Monitoring KPIs and providing variance analysis with recommendations
- Assisting with cost control, project finance, and investment appraisals
- Partnering with business units to support financial decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Participating in cross-functional projects and process improvements

What qualifications would make you successful?
- Graduate degree in Economics/Finance
- FP&A experience
- Demonstrated experience of minimum 5 years in accounting/finance discipline, FP&A
- Understanding of Financial (P&L) Management, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting, Risk Management, Business Systems, Continuous Improvement & Quality
- Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Excel)
- Knowledge of performance measurement
- Mastery of systems, analytical, tools and data management
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Influential and the ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders
