Senior Associate, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Regulations

We are seeking a Product Security Governance Analyst with expertise in cybersecurity governance, product security processes, compliance support, audit coordination, customer security assessments, and cybersecurity reporting. This role will support the implementation and continuous improvement of product security governance practices, helping ensure that products and solutions align with organizational cybersecurity requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Security Governance Activities: Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of product security governance processes and initiatives across multiple product teams.
- Manage Customer Security Requests: Coordinate responses to customer cybersecurity questionnaires including but not limited to RFPs, RFIs etc , security assessments, and compliance-related inquiries.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and coordinate regular governance meetings, track discussions, communicate outcomes, and drive follow-up activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and Monitor Security Action Plans: Maintain visibility of cybersecurity action items, monitor progress, and support timely closure of identified gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support Internal Assessments: Participate in IEC 62443 internal cybersecurity audits, compliance reviews, and certification activities by coordinating evidence collection and supporting audit preparation efforts.
- Maintain Security Metrics and Reporting: Develop and manage cybersecurity dashboards, metrics using tools such as Tableau, and status reports to provide visibility into security posture, compliance progress, and key governance indicators.
- Support Security Governance Platforms and Processes: Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of governance tools, workflows, and lifecycle management processes.
- Drive Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline governance activities through process optimization, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation.
- Contribute to Cybersecurity Initiatives: Support cross-functional security programs and strategic cybersecurity initiatives designed to strengthen organizational security capabilities and compliance maturity.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, risk management, audit support, product security, or related cybersecurity functions.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) principles, cybersecurity governance frameworks, vulnerability management concepts, risk management practices, and security compliance requirements.
- Standards and Compliance: Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, industry regulations, certification programs, and audit processes. Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, workflow automation solutions, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and auditors.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, track remediation activities, and communicate cybersecurity risks and progress clearly.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global environments, supporting multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
