Senior Associate, Compliance and Procurement

As our Compliance & Procurement Coordinator , you'll become part of the team behind Schneider Electric's DCIM software solutions-an on - prem and cloud - based portfolio that enables planning, digital - twin modelling, monitoring, environmental intelligence, and secure operations for data centers. In this position, you will play a critical role in driving and maturing our compliance and security practices across the software organization.
About the job
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and collaborative Compliance & Procurement Coordinator to support our global EcoStruxure IT organization. Our organization has teams in both the EU, India and the US. You will work closely with our Compliance Lead in Denmark as well as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Operations to:
- Maintain ISO27001 compliance
- Navigate regulatory requirements
- Ensure our procurement and vendor management activities align with Schneider Electric's policies

What you 'll be doing
Compliance & ISO27001 support
- Maintain and update the risk catalog, coordinating risk registration and following up on mitigation actions.
- Support planning and execution of ISO27001 "year - wheel" activities (e.g., internal audits, management reviews, control checks).
- Onboard new teams to ISO27001 processes and documentation standards.
- Drive awareness and reaffirmation activities (communications, reminders, participation tracking).
- Help teams understand regulatory and compliance expectations and coordinate needed follow - ups.
- Vendor management & Procurement coordination
- Support vendor management activities, including collecting and maintaining key documentation and contract overviews.
- Collaborate closely with Operations on compliance - related topics and vendor service reliability.
- Coordinate procurement activities according to Schneider Electric policies.
- Assist managers with purchase orders, updates, and communication with global procurement teams.
- Help ensure consistency and transparency in how tools and services are purchased and managed across the organization.
- Financial operations and cost management
What will help you succeed
- You have a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent hands - on experience and bring 3-5 years of experience working in compliance, information security, PMO, or coordination roles.
- You're detail - oriented, take ownership, and thrive when working independently. You're also great at keeping things on track - managing multiple stakeholders.
- You understand how structured processes, clear documentation, and consistent follow - up drive success in complex, international settings.
- You're genuinely curious about how AI can simplify and automate everyday tasks.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Experience working with software teams or familiarity with ISO 27001 (or similar frameworks) is a plus.
