About the Role

Schneider Electric Power Products North America is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to lead high-impact R&D and offer creation projects that shape the future of our power distribution portfolio. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and quality to deliver innovative, competitive, and customer-focused offerings. You will own projects end-to-end, from concept through launch, balancing speed, quality, cost, and business value in a dynamic, matrixed environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product strategy and accelerate time-to-market for solutions that power a more sustainable future.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $165,000 - $180,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage R&D / offer creation projects from initiation through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business strategy, customer needs, quality standards, cost targets, and time-to-market objectives
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Global teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, and success metrics
  • Drive disciplined project execution using project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), ensuring clear governance, change control, and decision-making processes
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions and escalating when needed
  • Ensure strong stakeholder communication, including regular project reviews, status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates
  • Monitor and improve project performance through KPIs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement practices
  • Support offer readiness and launch activities, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and commercial teams

What Will Make You Successful
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects; experience in R&D, new product development, or offer creation strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMI/PMP, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources in a matrix organization
  • Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge teams constructively and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • High level of problem-solving ability, commercial awareness, and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency with common project tools (e.g., MS Project or similar scheduling tools, MS Office, collaboration platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus
