We're hiring a Segment Solutions Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across assigned government and public-sector accounts. The role combines key account management, ecosystem engagement and solution selling to strengthen customer relationships, develop pipeline and convert influence into orders.
The role works across end users, contractors, facilities management providers and internal teams to deliver a consistent One Schneider Electric approach.

What will you do?
Customer & Key Account Engagement
- Manage assigned government and public-sector accounts and develop account growth plans.
- Build trusted relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, facilities management providers and other stakeholders.
- Position Schneider Electric as a strategic partner and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Growth
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in line with the Government segment operating plan.
- Translate end-user engagement and specifications into qualified opportunities and orders.
- Lead value-based selling, commercial negotiation and margin optimization.
- Maintain opportunity accuracy and CPP discipline from S0 to S2.

Contractor & Facilities Management Coverage
- Provide structured coverage for assigned strategic contractors (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and facilities management providers.
- Act as the bridge between ecosystem partners, end users and Schneider Electric teams.
- Drive a One Schneider Electric approach that reduces price-led competition and improves project conversion.
- Develop installed-base, lifecycle and service opportunities, including CAPEX-to-OPEX conversion and OEM-only maintenance value propositions.
Tender, Execution & Collaboration
- Coordinate compliant and competitive solutions, tenders and quotations with optimal margins.
- Orchestrate sales, solutions, services, tendering and execution teams from pursuit to award.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and customer activity updates in Schneider Electric systems.

- Sales Prospecting - advanced level; identifying and developing new business within strategic accounts
- Consultative Selling - intermediate level; positioning solutions that address customer challenges and goals
- Customer Relationship Management - intermediate level; leveraging tools to track engagement and optimize outreach
What qualifications will make you successful?
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in government, enterprise, contractor, channel, facilities management or solution sales.
- Experience managing complex accounts, tenders and multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Understanding of Singapore public-sector procurement and the contractor and facilities management ecosystem is advantageous.
- Experience in value-based selling, commercial negotiation and services growth.
