Segment Services Account Manager - Healthcare
Mission:
To grow Schneider Electric's Services business across the Healthcare segment, expanding our width of wallet within priority Healthcare organisations - including NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), private healthcare providers, healthcare estates, and facilities.
This role owns, shapes, and executes the Healthcare segment Services strategy across traditional and digital offerings, working in close collaboration with V1 sales teams, Key Account Managers, and wider internal stakeholders.
The goal:
Increase Services revenue, strengthen strategic Healthcare partnerships, modernise installed bases, improve clinical resilience, and accelerate digital and sustainability transformation across the Healthcare estate.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Segment Ownership
- National, customer-facing role with significant field engagement, supported by hybrid digital interaction.
- Act as the segment lead for Healthcare Services, shaping and delivering the Services growth strategy across:
- NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts
- Acute, community and mental health estates
- Private healthcare groups
- Healthcare infrastructure and life sciences environments
- Build senior relationships with key Healthcare stakeholders including:

Commercial Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute a portfolio-style commercial strategy to grow Schneider Electric's full Services offering across Healthcare, including:
- Asset maintenance and lifecycle services
- Modernisation and upgrade programmes
- Digital, analytics and predictive services
- Power, LV/MV and mission-critical infrastructure services
- Increase install base penetration across Healthcare customers, improving:
- Asset visibility and data quality
- Compliance posture
- Digital readiness and long-term serviceability
- Identify and develop Healthcare-specific opportunities in:
- Resilient power and critical systems for clinical environments
- LV/MV services and electrical infrastructure modernisation
- Digital platforms such as EcoStruxure, remote monitoring and analytics
- Energy efficiency, Net Zero and decarbonisation services
- Compliance-driven service strategies (HTMs, HBNs, regulatory requirements)
Collaboration & Internal Leadership:
- Work closely with Regional Sales, Internal Sales, Digital Services, Consultancy, Key Account Managers and Business Units to deliver a unified Healthcare Services growth plan.
- Collaborating with Customer Success Manager to ensure pipeline growth, customer satisfaction, and accomplish mutual goals.
- Coordinate national activity across multi-site Healthcare estates and regional Healthcare groups.
- Champion Schneider Electric's digital tools and platforms, demonstrating how software, data and service integration unlock measurable value for Healthcare providers.
- Act as a Healthcare Services thought leader internally, sharing best practice and shaping future segment offerings.
Pipeline, Forecasting & Operational Discipline:
- Build and maintain a high-quality Healthcare Services pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong commercial governance.
- Drive growth of contractual and recurring service revenue, expanding:
- Multi-technology service contracts
- Critical asset management agreements
- Digitally enabled service models
- Proactively convert transactional and time-and-material engagements into long-term, value-based service partnerships.
Segment-Specific Responsibilities - Healthcare:
- Operate effectively within Healthcare environments requiring:
- High availability and clinical uptime
- Strict compliance and safety standards
- Sensitivity to patient-critical environments
- Understand Healthcare procurement frameworks and routes to market, such as:
- NHS Supply Chain
- Framework agreements and regional procurement hubs
- Private healthcare procurement models
- Align Schneider Electric Services with core Healthcare priorities:
- Clinical resilience and reliability
- Patient safety and operational continuity
- Energy efficiency, sustainability and Net Zero targets
- Digital transformation and data-driven estate management
- Work confidently within live clinical environments, maintaining professionalism, discretion and a patient-first mindset.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Proven experience in Sales or Service-led commercial roles, ideally within Healthcare, critical infrastructure, or complex estates environments.
- Strong capability in solution-based selling, integrating services, digital and lifecycle value.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies across large, multi-site customer portfolios.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience selling to or working within Healthcare environments (NHS, private healthcare, life sciences).
- Understanding of digital services, analytics platforms, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with Healthcare compliance requirements (e.g. HTMs, HBNs, Estates standards).
- Knowledge of Healthcare procurement frameworks and funding structures.
