This role is responsible for owning, shaping, and executing the segment‑specific Services strategy across traditional and digital offerings, while working in close collaboration with V1 sales teams, Key Account Managers and wider internal stakeholders.
The goal: Increase Services revenue, strengthen strategic relationships, modernise installed bases, and accelerate digital transformation across the Defence ecosystem.
Responsibilites:

Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a portfolio‑style commercial strategy to grow Schneider Electric's full Services offering-including modernisation, maintenance, upgrades, cybersecurity services, and digital solutions-within Defence accounts.
- Grow install base penetration across key Defence customers, with a focus on improving asset data quality, digital readiness and long‑term serviceability.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities in:

- Coordinate national activity across multi‑site MOD establishments, prime contractor estates, and Defence supply‑chain facilities.
- Champion Schneider Electric digital tools and platforms, demonstrating software and customer interfaces that bring our Defence‑aligned value propositions to life.
Pipeline, Forecasting & Operational Discipline
- Maintain a high‑quality Defence opportunity pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring all forecast information aligns with local business rules and governance.
- Lead the growth of contractual service business within the segment by increasing both the volume and scope of multi‑technology service contracts and critical asset management agreements.

- Resilience and mission‑critical uptime
- Energy security and independence
- Net Zero, sustainability and estate decarbonisation
- Digital transformation and data‑driven asset management

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies across complex or multi‑site customer portfolios.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working with or selling to Defence customers (MOD, primes, secure government, critical national infrastructure).
- Understanding of digital services, analytics platforms, remote monitoring or software‑based value propositions.
