Segment Sales Manager

This position is for a Segment Sales Manager, Commercial and Industrial Building (CIB) in Singapore.
What will you do?
- Owns, defines and develop strategy for commercial and industrial building (CIB) segment for Schneider Electric Singapore.
- Be responsible for the YOY growth of mentioned segment
- Clearly articulate the strength and value proposition of Schneider Electric; Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for business growth
- Be closely involved and drive the smart building, smart city initiative and explore potential partnership with value chain players.
- Working with internal resources in engagement of other key stakeholders that influence the development of the segment (e.g. Statutory board, consultant, Professional bodies)
- Work closely with solution architect for solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, as well as maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
- Establish and execute segment business plans in line with company strategy.
- Leading and selling the full Schneider Electric offer with support from other business units in CIB segment
- Any special projects to be assigned
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Preferably 8 years of related sales experience especially segment and Account Management
- Possess multi-million solution-based selling experience
- Experience in Building Management Systems and products would be an advantage.
- Good Relationship and Network with large building owners, developers, estate management, NEA, BCA and NGO will be a plus
- Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles
- Outstanding presentation skills required with a strong capability to articulate value proposition
- Must have strong negotiation skills and be a self-starter, and a strong closer.
- Must be able to drive for results with a strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment.
- Ability to work independently while also being a good team player
- Ability to step-up as Team Lead as required in a matrix organization
