Data & Performance's mission is to foster effective decision making, backed by data and aligned with strategy. Within Data & Performance, the Hub & spoke model is diving the approach to Analytics: leveraging platforms and data lake federation to build Reusable Data Objects, in order to scale up data maturity across the organization.

SE intel the one stop shop for data for business leaders, enabling a 360° business view available in one place, making easy for them to access data via kpis & dashboards. It provides metrics to all layers of the organization meeting their different content needs: Excom (strategic insights), BU & Ops leaders (transversal & granular), countries & entities (local and granular) and across functions. SE intel application is expected to have 16000 users by 2027.

Within SE intel team, Strategic & Insights stream is embedding a portfolio of key dashboards widely used across Operations, Business Units, global functions, but also Excom leaders.

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented BI Solution Manager to lead the design, delivery and deployment of impactful Strategic & Insights dashboards. In this role, you will serve as a key enabler between Strategic Transformation leaders and technical teams, ensuring that BI solutions are insightful, user-centric, aligned with strategic priorities and enabling decision-making.

Mission of SE Intel Strategic & Insight BI Solution Manager



The SE Intel Strategic & Insight BI Solution Manager has the critical role to:

  • Understand and translate business needs from Strategic Transformation leaders into BI requirements
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, SE Intel technical team, SE Intel scrum master, SE Intel Data Quality team, Data Offices and Data domain owners to design end to end BI solutions embedding the 4 data Golden rules
  • Design intuitive dashboards with actionable insights driving data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy & consistency
  • Manage the Strategic &Insights BI roadmap and delivery timelines
  • Deploy dashboards to targeted audiences in Operations, Business Units, Global Functions, Excom, ...
  • Provide training and required support to boost Strategic & Insights dashboard adoption
  • Continuously improve solutions based on user feedbacks.
  • SE Intel Strategic & Insight BI Solution Manager is reporting to the Strategic & Insights stream director within SE Intel team.

Key Responsibilities of SE Intel Strategic & Insight BI Solution Manager



1. Manage Run
  • Ensure on-time and reliable monthly publications of Strategic & Insight dashboards such as Digital Flywheel, Annualized Recurring Revenue: data availability and data reliability is a must
  • Prepare publication communications
  • Manage incidents resolution with SE Intel technical team
  • Align to new referential and performance framework changes on due dates
  • Ensure alignment & coordination with Unify project
  • Ensure the stability and performance of existing BI solutions

2. Manage Strategic & Insights BI Roadmap
  • Define and maintain the BI roadmap in collaboration with Strategic Transformation leaders and Strategic & Insight Stream director
  • Prioritize topics based on value for business, feasibility, and dependencies
  • Prepare Sprint prioritization with Scrum master
  • Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

3. Deliver new/revamped dashboards
  • Understand and translate business needs from Strategic Transformation leaders into user stories and valuable BI requirements following the 4 data golden rules (data security, referential, end to end data flow, data consumption)
  • Design dashboard mock-ups following SE Intel dashboarding guidelines, with best-in-class UX to build intuitive dashboards with actionable insights driving data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with data analysts, SE Intel technical team, SE Intel Data Quality team, Data Offices and Data domain owners to design end to end BI solutions and simulate use cases
  • Create JIRA tickets with full documented functional & technical requirement
  • Track progress during design phase with SE Intel technical team
  • Test dashboard content delivery involving stakeholders to ensure alignment with Strategic Transformation leaders' objectives, evidence testing results and validate

4. Deploy dashboards to Targeted Audiences
  • Deploy Strategic & Insights dashboards to SE Intel production
  • Plan and execute the deployment to targeted audiences: prepare communications, videos, user guides and training decks, plan & provide live onboarding & training sessions to targeted audiences
  • Track and monitor adoption

5. Enforce Data Quality
  • Ensure clear and up-to-date functional & technical documentation for Strategic & Insights dashboards including data flows, Content Index, DIP
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure transparency across teams
  • Define data quality rules behind key KPIs
  • Build data quality dashboards, to provide transparency behind reliable and trustworthy insights

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Engineering degree or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in different roles and different organizations (Operations, Business Units, Global functions)
  • Solid experience in BI tools (Tableau, ...), data analytics, or solution delivery roles
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Mastery of excel, data query (SQL), Tableau
  • Background in UX/UI design for dashboards is a plus.
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Experience in cross-functional project management
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Experience in multiple roles in different organization (Operations, Business Units, Global functions)
