Your IMPACT
As a Digital Communications Manager, you will help amplify Schneider Electric's digital transformation story through our flagship AI at Scale podcast and employee communication initiatives. You will ensure complex topics related to AI, software, and digital technologies are translated into engaging and accessible content that informs, inspires, and connects audiences across the organization and beyond.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning and coordination of AI at Scale podcast episodes, including topic planning, guest management, preparation calls, recording logistics, approvals, publishing schedules, and post-launch activities.
- Coordinate with the external podcast production vendor to ensure timely delivery of all episode assets, including audio, video, transcripts, artwork, social media animations, YouTube assets, and promotional materials.
- Create and adapt communication materials supporting podcast promotion and employee communications, including episode descriptions, internal announcements, speaker briefings, social media copy, newsletter content, and promotional assets.
- Support the continuous improvement of podcast formats, workflows, visual identity, promotion strategies, and performance measurement processes.
- Contribute to employee communication campaigns focused on Schneider Electric's digital technology leadership, including EcoStruxure Platform, AI initiatives, and software transformation programs.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling, and audience-focused communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Schneider Digital leaders, Global Brand & Communications teams, software stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external agencies.
- Support communication effectiveness tracking and identify opportunities to enhance audience engagement and impact.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, content creation, podcast production, employee communications, marketing communications, or a related field within an international business environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content across different communication channels.
- Interest in AI, digital technologies, software, and digital transformation topics.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging communication materials.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, coordinating approvals, and working with external vendors or agencies.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Experience in project management, podcast production, video production, or employee communications would be considered an advantage.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset that supports the evolution of communication formats, audience engagement, and performance measurement.
