Your Mission
The MEA Schneider Digital Business Partner role will cover several and diversified business domains including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, CCC, Digital Customer Relations, Solutions Business, Finance, Field Services, AI, and Unify J2R. (S)he is responsible for managing the portfolio of functional needs and deployment projects. Establish, build and maintain good relationships to new and existing entity-based customers. Overseeing project deployment & identification in the form of roadmaps and enabling the execution with reporting metrics by entity departments and entity leaders. Participate and engage in Business level Strategy discussions as well as annual financial operating plan, deliver consistent communication messages to all customers in the perimeter. Responsible for developing, reviewing, and validating entity customer requirements for new projects, tools, or applications. Drive, deploy and ensure measurable adoption & business value coming from digital transformation projects & AI initiatives.

- Partner with the Leadership for all Schneider Digitalrelated topics
- Align and represent Schneider Digital
- Being an integral part of the business, establishessound relationship to functional key users and other key
- Provide frequent updates/formal reviews on project activities, global initiatives,and operational
- Operate as digital coach/consultant to drive the adoption of digital tools and foster digital mindset across the business
- Support and help the business in creating an effective group of key users, with ongoing coaching and
- Where applicable, be integrated into the global Schneider Digital
- Unify Journey to Readiness - drive & support the zone in the E2E journey
- Drive , deploy, and ensure measurable adoption & business value coming from digital transformation projects & AI initiatives
Project Demand and Execution
- Support Cluster/Zone management to define their Schneider Digitalstrategy and define
- Provide structure to prioritize requests, facilitateagile decision and implementation
- Understand the business processes evolution and focus the new demand to priority areas with major returns, assuring coherence with strategy and business priorities.
- Clarify needs expressed by key-users, transforms user requests into demands understandable by technical teams.
- Educate and support business to appreciate the Schneider Digital System
- Manage and challenge project demands from business , ensure they are aligned to global strategy and not increasing Technical Debt.
- Participate in various global projects by driving and ensuring a n efficient local implementation and adoptionrate.
- Follow and manage local project sor enhancement realization.

Cost and Asset Management
- Provide full cost view to the leadership
- Drive cost-out activities continuously
- Identifies trends, improvements or rationalization opportunities across the applications landscape.
Service Management
- Conduct Monthly IT Services Performance Management reviews with external vendors as well as the Global Service steams
Accountability :
This role reports to CIO for Middle East & Africa and is accountable for:
- Projects' implementation in collaboration with global & regional groups within the agreed timelines and budgets. This includes project plans specifying goals, scheduling identification of risks and contingency plans.
- Accountable for operational activitiesfor application services.
- Drive improvements in the cost/quality/risk profile of the IT Services.
Complexity :
- Work across the Zone, consideringlinguistic, cultural & economic differences across such a diverse & complex geography
- Teamwork - Interacts effectively across boundaries with other Schneider Digitalgroups, in zone and above zone.
- Technical Expertise - Proven ability to provide effective solutions and to understand technology functions/issues to interpret its application for addressing business goals.
- Work with other Schneider DigitalServices members within the zone & other Schneider Digital core services to align and coordinate activities.
- Close relation with in-market customers / business to ensure good understanding of business needs.
- Negotiate with service providers (internal and Third Party) to ensure that services are designed to meet the competing demands of standardized solutions and local business requirements.
- Work with external Third Parties service providers, where global solutions are not possible to develop and design services to local needs compliant to global policies and strategies .
- Understand that the needs of validation and risk management vary by location
About You
- Excellent technical skills and understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. Political and cultural sensitivity essential
- Strong matrix management skills, including networking and teamwork abilities, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Very good project and time management skills.
- Good negotiation skills for 3rd party contracts.
- Good understanding and application of project management techniques
- Self-driven, operationally savvy individual with a can-do attitude.
- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
