SAP Extended Warehouse Management

Be part of the G lobal Support team that offers a dynamic environment with day to day interaction with colleagues with different cultures around the globe (NAM, SAM, Europe, APAC) and in different languages.

This role combines experience in functional and technical for Support, Solution design for Business Requirements and projects participation as ERP implementations. Main responsibilities are to collaborate with other team members as TPM's, TPO's, Technical teams and Architects of SAP template on Business Requirement gathering, analysis and solution design.

What will you do?

  • Partner with TPMs, TPOs, technical teams, and SAP template architects for business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
  • Actively participate in ERP implementation projects (ECC and S/4HANA), providing both functional configuration and technical support when required.
  • Deliver expert-level support to logistics operations, resolving incidents, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Design and document functional solutions for EWM/LE processes: inbound, outbound, internal processing, warehouse task creation, picking/putaway strategies, VAS, cross-docking, labor management, etc.
  • Collaborate on integrations with other SAP modules (SCM, PP, MM, SD) and with third parties (3PLs) using OnePI, IDocs, EDI, or other middleware tools.
  • Monitor and ensure correct functionality of interfaces, IDocs, batch jobs, queries, and automated processes.
  • Perform technical-functional analysis for enhancements, changes, and developments, including writing functional specifications and test scenarios.
  • Work closely with local and global SAP analysts to execute projects, manage enhancements, and support issue resolution.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • SAP ECC and S4 Senior Consultant in Logistics Execution and Extended Warehouse Management with Business Processes expertise, as part of Schneider Electric in Digital NAM IT Region.
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP and some experience in the EWM/LE module is a must. Warehouse structure, Resource Management, Warehouse Management (Monitor-Cockpit), Internal processing (Physical Inventory Replenishment), Warehouse processing, Warehouse Task and Order creation, Putaway Picking Strategies, VAS, Cross-docking, Quality management, Outbound processes as Wave management and Production integration, Receiving, Shipping, Cross topics (Labor Management, Exception handling, Batches, Serial numbers), RF.
  • Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like SCM-PP-MM-SD Integration.
  • Logistics process knowledge, Master Data, Stock Transfers, Inventory movements, Stock placement/picking strategies, Manufacturing integration, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Internal goods movements, etc.
  • Integration with 3PL. Experience on integrations using OnePI and other middleware tools. IDocs flow and structure for variety of messages Basic Types knowledge for Interfaces for Warehouse, Shipping processes.
  • Interface with IDocs/EDI structure and messaging monitoring, Queries, Batch Jobs
  • Work closely with local and Global SAP analysts for Projects execution, Enhancements and in issue identification and resolution.
  • Understand Technical specifications and Testing performs, Business analysis, write Functional specifications.
