SAP Business Analyst (SD) / rTPO Transac

We are looking for a Regional Technical Process Owner (rTPO) for the SAP SD module to support the implementation of our UNIFY solution (SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud Implementation) across Europe. This role ensures technical consistency, integration, performance, and best practice alignment across domains and IT tools. Acting as a technical bridge between Business Process Owners (BPOs), Functional Experts, and Digital Implementation teams, you will actively support process definition and the regional rollout lifecycle of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment of the UNIFY Solution
- Process Expertise:
- Deep technical and functional understanding of UNIFY SAP S/4 processes, functions, and Best-of-Breed tools in a business context.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture, ensuring alignment with global templates and business processes.
- Implementation Support:
- Understand As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Work with rBPO and local teams to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Participate in Fit-to-Template (F2T) workshops and produce configuration files.
- Participate in testing, data preparation, and drive cutover execution.
- Change Management & Training:

- Support development of change management plans and training activities.
- Assist local teams to ensure smooth transformation from legacy systems to UNIFY.
- Ensure all integration points between UNIFY S/4, BoB, and legacy systems are analyzed, developed, and tested.
- Assure compliance of global solutions with local legal requirements.
Deployment of Best-of-Breed (BoB) Applications
- Contribute to technical architecture and integration of BoB solutions with ERP.
- Support end-to-end testing and cutover activities related to BoB.
- Participate in deployment planning, F2T workshops, and ensure high-quality data mapping and migration.
Support of Existing Legacy Systems
- Ensure stability and continuity of legacy applications during transformation.
- Collaborate with business and DTC to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain integration and readiness of legacy systems throughout migration planning.
- Provide insights on process dependencies and risks.
Post-Implementation Support
- Update process and system documentation regularly.
- Deliver ongoing training to keep key user knowledge at the right level.
- Support onboarding of newcomers in key roles.
- Maintain a lessons-learned knowledge base.

- Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Best-of-Breed tools.
- Experience in system architecture, integration, data migration, and testing.
- Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
