For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,400 - $147,600 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a
comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward
points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits)
flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including

We are seeking an Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Schneider Electric. This role is critical in managing business process requirements, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems, and supporting the development of customized solutions to meet complex business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment to deliver impactful solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection and implementation of business process requirements for Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes.
  • Create technical requirements for visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Work with development teams to implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the Force.com platform.
  • Coordinate with IT and Salesforce.com vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
  • Lead user acceptance testing with business units and end users against business requirements.
  • Maintain key system metrics to track trends in usage, adoption, and data integrity.
  • Train end users, prepare documentation (requirements, training materials, process/data flows, use cases, functional design).
  • Perform Salesforce system administration, including managing contacts, accounts, opportunities, dashboards, and reports.
  • Create and execute queries and reports; maintain user roles, security, and profiles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong customer focus with ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
  • 5+ years of business analyst experience.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of CRM best practices.
  • 2+ years of operational experience with Salesforce.com (preferred).
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (strong plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems (preferred).
  • Ability to support integration with ERP systems (SAP) and manage customization for tools like Certinia (FinancialForce).
  • Experience guiding decisions on functionality placement and system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with project management workflows and end-to-end business processes.
