Sales Operations Lead

The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for leading and managing partner performance, commercial policy, data analytics, to support profitable growth and effective decision‑making. The role manages a multi‑disciplinary team and partners closely with Sales, Channel Marketing and other key stakeholders to strengthen partner performance, commercial policy execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Partner Management: Rebate management, Contract & Annex management for partners from channels
- Coordinate country‑level partner strategic planning and progress tracking activities.
- Support business by providing sales analysis data with recommendations for improvement areas / Gap mitigation opportunities related to partners for each channel.
- Commercial Policy: Develop and execute commercial policy strategies to support profitability and margin objectives. Provide compol ad-hoc advice to Business Vice President/Channel Marketing when needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead structured business management cadences such as reviews, planning cycles and performance forums.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Strengthen sales and marketing enablement through structured cadences, tools, reporting and best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in commercial operations, commercial policy, sales operations, channel development, partner management, analytics or related roles.
- Solid experience in partner performance management and governance and commercial analytics.
- High level of critical thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail & numerical skill
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
- Be collaborative and have a client-centric mindset
- Excellence writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Comfortable working with lager data sets and numbers
