Join us as a Manager II, Panel Builder Sales and lead a portfolio of strategic accounts while coaching a talented team. This role is all about building relationships, driving growth, and delivering the full value of our solutions to panel builders.

What will you do?

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of panel builder accounts through proactive field engagement and strategic planning
  • Lead your team to present our complete portfolio and engage specialized sales resources at the right moments
  • Create and execute account plans that align with marketing strategies and maximize competitive advantage
  • Support your team in responding to panel builder needs and sustaining long-term business relationships

  • Consultative Selling - advanced level; engaging panel builders with solutions that address their strategic business challenges
  • Customer Orientation - advanced level; anticipating needs and delivering value throughout the customer journey
  • Customer Relationship Management - advanced level; building trust and loyalty with key accounts over time
  • Sales Prospecting - advanced level; identifying and qualifying new panel builder opportunities within your territory
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation - advanced level; using insights to inform account strategies and forecast performance
  • Negotiation - advanced level; closing complex deals that balance customer needs with business objectives
  • Product Knowledge - advanced level; confidently presenting our full portfolio and matching solutions to customer requirements
  • People Management - intermediate level; directing team priorities and developing talent to meet sales goals
