Sales Excellence Business Partner

We're looking for a collaborative and analytical Sales Excellence Business Partner to support high-performing sales teams across Canada.
In this role, you'll connect strategy to execution, helping sales teams focus on the right opportunities, improve performance, and grow sustainably. You'll partner closely with sales leaders to bring insights, structure, and tools that enable better decision-making and stronger results.
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and sales execution, offering a unique opportunity to influence how commercial priorities are delivered in the field.
What will you do:
Sales Planning & Execution
- Partner with sales leadership to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
- Lead sales planning activities and support performance goal setting
- Drive regular sales cadence meetings to ensure strong execution and alignment
- Align priorities, resources, and pipeline focus with business goals
Analytics & Insights
- Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion, and revenue performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and improve forecast accuracy
- Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support consistent decision-making
Process & Governance
- Strengthen sales processes and ensure consistency with global standards
- Promote strong pipeline discipline and CRM best practices
- Identify gaps in processes and drive continuous improvement
- Share best practices and support teams in adopting them
Enablement & Tools
- Design and deliver training and resources to support sales teams
- Support adoption of digital tools, including AI-driven solutions
- Help teams navigate change and build confidence in new ways of working
What qualifications will make you successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Deep understanding of sales governance, pipeline management, and sales performance frameworks
- Proven ability to drive data quality, pipeline discipline, and CRM adoption (Salesforce)
- Experience with commercial KPIs and performance management (pipeline coverage, conversion, offer mix, forecasting)
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Digital)
- Strong communication skills with experience delivering executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Ability to travel up to 10% nationally
- For Quebec-based candidates functional French is required.

What's in it for you ?
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $114,750-$162,000 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determ ined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determ ined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers an inclusive benefits package to supp ort al l of our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, pension matching, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, and more.
