Main Responsibilities:
Principal Sales specializing in End Users and Strategic Customers, driving growth through consultative selling, strategic account management, and ecosystem orchestration. Proven ability to design and execute customer-centric growth strategies, optimize resource allocation, and expand portfolio penetration. Recognized expert in customer relationship management and market development, delivering measurable impact on revenue growth, market share, and customer loyalty.
Core responsibilities:
- Own and execute growth strategies for key accounts and strategic customer in power system segments Power&Grid,Transporation,Infrastructure and MMM.
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements to drive portfolio expansion.
- Orchestrate internal and external resources, partners, and ecosystems to maximize outcomes.
- Strengthen customer relationships at executive level, enhancing long-term loyalty and relationship.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to improve project pipeline, prescription, and execution.
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Operate as a subject matter expert in customer management.
- Lead and support medium-to-large customer programs, ensuring delivery excellence for all solutions.
