Sales Engineer Distribution channel

We are looking for experienced Sales Engineer to act as a Trusted Advisor to our Distribution channel customers. As Sales engineer, you are responsible for developing, managing, and accelerating sales through the country's distribution partners. This role combines strong technical expertise in energy management with commercial acumen, partnership development, and execution of joint business plans to maximize Schneider Electric's market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with distributor partners to create new opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Build, execute and monitor sales strategic and operational plans aligned with country strategy
  • Identify new market segments, applications, and customer opportunities through distributors
  • Train distributor salespeople to identify opportunities, position solution and guide product selection using Schneider Electric tools and commercial processes
  • Work closely with marketing, offer managers, customer care and sales team to enable channel success.

What will make you successful:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, industrial automation, mechatronics or relevant studies
  • At least 3 years of work experience in technical sales is required.
  • Have good commercial, technical, and operational skills
  • You are customer oriented, proactive and resilient
  • Skilled in account management, negotiating and networking
  • Fluent Lithuanian, business English
  • B category driving license
