Sales Director OEM & Industry

What are we looking for?

• Significant leadership experience within industrial, automation, manufacturing, or related markets.
• Proven track record of delivering growth through direct and partner-led sales models.
• Experience leading leaders and driving performance in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and customer focus.
• Experience working with OEMs and/or system integrators is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
