Reward Analyst - UK & Ireland

Overview

We are seeking a Reward Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of reward and benefits across UK & Ireland. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective reward operations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting pension-related activity alongside broader reward initiatives.

The position is ideal for someone with strong analytical and operational skills who is comfortable working across multiple reward workstreams, including compensation, pensions, benefits, recognition and employee engagement.

What will you do:

Reward Operations & Delivery

  • Manage data, reporting, and documentation across multiple reward workstreams.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and risks, ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.
  • Support review of compensation frameworks e.g. early career frameworks and develop compensation proposals as requested.


Pensions (Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution)
  • Support pension-related activity across both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC).
  • Assist in coordinating DB-related projects working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
  • Act as a key contact with pension administrators, actuaries, and other partners
  • Support DC processes including enrolment, communications, and vendor coordination.


Reward Communications & Employee Experience
  • Support delivery of the reward communication and engagement calendar. Focussed on Wellbeing activations, but also core QBR cycle, roadshows, windows etc.
  • Help translate complex reward and pensions topics into clear, accessible communications.
  • Contribute to initiatives across wellbeing, benefits engagement, and onboarding experience.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of benefit and pension awareness sessions.

Vendor Management & Governance
  • Support the management of key reward and benefits vendors (e.g. pensions providers, healthcare, and benefits partners)
  • Assist in governance activities such as quarterly business reviews, performance monitoring, and renewals.
  • Track vendor deliverables and ensure service levels and key milestones are met.


What will make you successful:

Essential
  • Experience in Reward, Benefits, Pensions, or HR operations.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing data, timelines, and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and external partners effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Desirable
  • Exposure to pensions (Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution)
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or administrators
  • Knowledge of reward processes within a large or complex organisation e.g. compensation management, benchmarking etc.
  • Experience in employee communications or engagement initiatives
