Repair & Maintenance Engineering - Senior Professional

1. End to end responsibility of managing business operations of repair, modification & after sales service with focus on top & bottom-line performance for India, SAARC countries & Middle East.
2. Part of post-sales support team, rendering advanced support to customers in trouble-shooting the hardware issues of MiCOM, Power Logic P3, P5 & P7 range numerical protection relays.
3. Rendering repair services for all MiCOM/Areva, latest power logic P5 & P7 make protection relays. Providing technical support/hardware support to customers for all non-reparable ranges of relays like VAMP, P3 & Sepam.
4. Basic testing of protective relays post repair as per our standard repair checklists.
5. High quality repair services/hardware support ensuring customer satisfaction& quality and good feedback from customers.
6. Modifications/up gradation of above-mentioned range of relays to latest versions. Site visits to key customers to resolve issues & impart technical training.
7. Maintaining the standard repair lead time for MiCOM range of relays i.e.
8. Understanding client requirements & expectations and working out suitable solutions.
9. Preparation of techno-commercial offer for repair, Annual rate/ maintenance contract after reviewing customer requirement and scope of work. Follow up action & negotiating with key clients in closing orders.
10. Overall responsibility of workflow process, on site customer support through deputation of technical manpower, follow up with customers and ensuring optimum services thereby ensuring customer delight & resultant revenue flow to the organization.
11. Coordination with Finance team in governing cash flows, margin, departmental expenses, cost booking, etc.
12. ERP activities - Sale/Service Order booking, Cost accounting, inventory management in SAP- 770 Final release.
13. Mentoring, training, and development of team members to ensure high efficiency, commitment & performance.
14. Coordination with our manufacturing location to get the faulty PCBs thoroughly analyse and diagnose the reason behind the failure of components (RCA).
15. Ensuring Integrated management system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 50001:2018) are implemented in his areas of operation.
16. Ensuring that all employees in his areas of operation comply with their obligations in relation to IMS procedures.
17. Ensuring adequate support facilities (Technical, administration etc)/ other resources are available in areas of operation
