Remote Site Projec t Te chnical Expert
- Collects all needed technical document from design team, prepare or collect test procedures, follow-up of all logistic topics (secure site acces process, visa, etc...).
- Ensure consistency in site activities across same type of sites in terms of methods, tools and processes
- Prepare full package for Installation & Commisioning Site Activities (Costing, Planning, set-up, method statement, risk assement etc..) as technical support for B Cat. project

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
- At tendering stage , based on technical documents prepared by Tender Team (Bill of Material, Diagrams, layouts, Schedule of delivery, Customer planning if any, etc..) prepare detailled planning of site activities, org chart, definition of required staff (qty and skills) , need of tools (identification and budget)
- In close coordination with the Tender Technical Leader, propose technical solution for optimising our site activity offers during :
- Installation phase : cost, duration, advise & requirement for civil engineering activities, cable assembly etc.
- Commissioning test phase , imagine and define the testing process of a full project. ( FAT / i-FAT/ SAT) - Analysis or preparation of method statement related to installation and quality control of internal & external supplies supported by quality experts
- Participate in technical reviews (from the basic design phase), and on the basis of his expertise, to assess site risks and propose optimised solutions to secure our solution by ensuring that it can be installed and commissioned correctly.
- Ensure that all needed tools/files to follow progress on site are ready to use, and define how to use it with support of Project Manager (event tracker, KPI, delivery tracking, time sheet templates, doc follow up file)
list all the design & operational documents required by FSE to perform installation & commissioning activities and add it inside the document list follow up with support of the doc manager (test scripts, ITP, warranty letters, I&0 list, OPC file etc..).

When necessary, prepare Test Script or ITP dedicated to project requirement
- Particpate to kick-off meeting
- the punch list tracking file for all IG or OG suppliers: manufacturers or integrators.
- Ensure that all suppliers provide the latest version of the punch list after FAT or I-FAT before the start of the job site activities.
- Is in contact with the factories (phone/email) for any missing part, problem + inform PM and TL.
- Collect Red mark diagram & transfert to FO or supplier
- prepare REX / Lessons Learned file for the installation & commisioning part.
- participate to REX / Lessons Learned file for the installation & commisioning parts and share outcomes with the whole Site works team
- benchmark various customer experience and build improvement plans with concrete follow-up effects and a measurable impact (short- and long-term)
Is This You?
- Education: Electrical technician with minimul Bachelor degree
- Language: English (C1 level mandatory with good communication skills), Other language is advantage
- Experience: Ten (10) years of experience, including at least five (5) years in on-site electromechanical testing
Skill requirements:
- Good Software tools literacy: MS Office (MS Project),Primavera basic knowledge is advantage, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook, Testing device software(Omicron or equivalent), Protection Relays Setting software
- Knowledge of Medium voltage/Low voltage equipment, Power stations and principles, The latest technologies and commissioning test principles
- Knowledge of distribution protections systems, SCADAs & control systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Data Center Application, Electrical networks
Willingness to relocate to Slovakia is a plus.
