Regional Operations Manager - Digital Energy Solutions
Today• Singapore
Hinganghāt, India
Role purpose
Shape the success of Digital Energy's most strategic and complex customer projects across the region. As a highly visible individual contributor, the Regional Operations Manager leads through influence-connecting and mobilising country teams, Digital Energy Application Centres, engineering centres, partners and global experts across Digital Buildings and Digital Power. The role creates the conditions for a consistent customer experience and safe, predictable and profitable multi-country delivery, while strengthening local capabilities and advancing the unified 1Solution execution model.
Key accountabilities
- Regional delivery leadership: Maintain an end-to-end view of the regional project portfolio, with direct leadership of strategic or complex projects and rapid deployment of regional support where local capability or capacity is insufficient.
- Project performance: Secure scope, schedule, quality, resource and margin commitments through robust planning, governance, risk and opportunity management, transparent reporting, and timely escalation.
- Customer confidence: Act as a trusted operational interface for key end users, align contractors and internal stakeholders, and lead recovery plans when delivery, safety or technical performance is at risk.
- Cross-domain execution: Promote a common Digital Buildings and Digital Power delivery approach, preserving domain expertise while improving coordination across engineering, software, testing, commissioning and lifecycle services.
- Scalable execution: Apply common standards, tools, documentation and governance; capture lessons learned; and turn project experience into reusable methods that improve quality, speed and profitability.
- Capability and resource orchestration: Mobilise the right expertise across countries, partners and engineering centres; anticipate workload; establish effective handovers; and build local autonomy through coaching and knowledge transfer.
- Business and stakeholder leadership: Build a regular operating rhythm with country, zone and global business leaders, as well as customer executives, partners and contractors. Use these interactions to review performance, align priorities, surface risks, accelerate decisions, coordonne local and global support resources, and ensure that proposed solutions are executable, competitive and aligned with customer outcomes.
