What will you do?

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

• Adapt global offer strategies, positioning, and messaging to regional market requirements.

• Manage pricing and portfolio performance to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

• Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Global Offer teams to support successful product launches and commercial execution.

• Enable sales teams with product knowledge, value propositions, and customer-focused tools.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Product Lifecycle Management - Expert level; managing offers from launch through optimization and growth.

• Pricing Management - Expert level; developing competitive pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.

• Go-to-Market Strategy - Advanced level; executing regional launch plans aligned with global frameworks.

• Demand Generation - advanced level; driving awareness and customer adoption through targeted regional initiatives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making - intermediate level; leveraging market insights and analytics to guide business decisions.

• Product Application - advanced level; translating technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositions.

• Customer Segmentation - intermediate level; tailoring offers and messaging to regional customer needs.

• Sales Enablement - intermediate level; equipping sales teams with the knowledge and tools to drive commercial success.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 7 to 10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in Product Marketing, Offer Management, Product Management, or Regional Marketing.

• Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization is preferred.

• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

• Excellent presentation /persuasion skills
