You'll shape go-to-market plans, optimize product positioning and pricing, and collaborate across teams to deliver customer value and accelerate business growth.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Adapt global offer strategies, positioning, and messaging to regional market requirements.
- Manage pricing and portfolio performance to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Global Offer teams to support successful product launches and commercial execution.
- Enable sales teams with product knowledge, value propositions, and customer-focused tools.

- Product Lifecycle Management - Expert level; managing offers from launch through optimization and growth.
- Pricing Management - Expert level; developing competitive pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.
- Go-to-Market Strategy - Advanced level; executing regional launch plans aligned with global frameworks.

- Demand Generation - advanced level; driving awareness and customer adoption through targeted regional initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - intermediate level; leveraging market insights and analytics to guide business decisions.

- Customer Segmentation - intermediate level; tailoring offers and messaging to regional customer needs.
- Sales Enablement - intermediate level; equipping sales teams with the knowledge and tools to drive commercial success.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in Product Marketing, Offer Management, Product Management, or Regional Marketing.
- Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization is preferred.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Excellent presentation /persuasion skills
