The neocloud and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) segment is the fastest-growing source of AI infrastructure demand in Europe. These operators are building GPU capacity at speed and scale, and their deployments depend on the AI-ready power, cooling, rack and prefabricated data centre infrastructure that Schneider Electric provides. Today SE captures only a fraction of this opportunity - winning networking and management racks but remaining largely absent from the GPU rack, liquid cooling and modular DC spend that sits alongside them.

Regional Key Account Manager - Neocloud will drive new business development across the neocloud and GPUaaS landscape, working directly with the operator and horizontally across the full ecosystem - OEMs (Dell, Supermicro, HPE, Lenovo, Asus, Gigabyte etc), system integrators, channel partners to position SE's AI infrastructure portfolio early and win at the GPU deployment level. This is a hunter-oriented role focused on uncovering and developing new opportunities, complementing the existing account coverage of established neocloud customers and working in close partnership with the AI Infrastructure Solution Architects and the broader team.

What will you do?

Key Responsabilities

Business Development & Pipeline Generation

  • Identify, target and develop new neocloud and GPUaaS operators across Europe, extending SE's presence beyond the established account base.

  • Generate qualified pipeline for GPU rack power infrastructure, liquid cooling, prefabricated/modular data centres and associated services.

  • Map the GPUaaS value chain for each opportunity - understanding how capacity is financed, procured, built and operated - and position SE at the right point and the right time.

  • Develop and execute a structured business development plan aligned to SE's ambition to grow the Cloud & Service Provider business 2x by 2030.

  • Progress opportunities to close, coordinating pricing frameworks, technical support and delivery commitments with internal SE teams.

Working Across the Ecosystem

  • Engage horizontally across the ecosystem - OEMs, system integrators and channel partners - to ensure SE infrastructure is specified into neocloud and GPUaaS deployments wherever they originate.

  • Build relationships with OEM AI server teams (Dell, Supermicro, HPE, Lenovo, Asus, Gigabyte etc) to position SE as the infrastructure partner of choice on joint neocloud opportunities.

  • Partner with regional SIs and channel teams to influence GPU project designs early, working alongside SE's SI and alliance account managers.

  • Act as the connective tissue between SE's ecosystem relationships and end neocloud/GPUaaS demand, orchestrating multi-party opportunities.

Technical & Solutions

  • Develop strong commercial fluency in AI-ready infrastructure - GPU rack design, powershelf configurations, high-density liquid cooling and modular DC deployment models.

  • Work closely with the AI Infrastructure Solution Architects to deliver technically credible proposals and support customer and partner design conversations.

  • Engage at both commercial and technical levels with operators and partners, supporting joint engagements, briefings and business reviews.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Track the rapidly evolving neocloud and GPUaaS market - new entrants, capacity announcements, funding rounds and deployment plans - to anticipate and target demand.

  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform SE's offer development and pricing framework priorities for this segment.

  • Represent SE at AI infrastructure, neocloud and GPUaaS-focused industry events and forums.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Essential Experience

  • 5-8 years in a business development or technology sales role, with a strong hunter profile and a track record of opening and developing new accounts.

  • Experience in or adjacent to the AI infrastructure, data centre, cloud or GPU compute space - ideally with exposure to neocloud, hyperscale or GPUaaS operators (e.g. Coreweave, Nebius, Nscale, Mistral or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to work across a partner ecosystem - OEMs, SIs and channel - rather than within a single account or vendor.

  • Understanding of AI server architectures - GPU clusters, high-density power distribution, cooling requirements - at a commercially competent level.

  • Strong pipeline generation discipline; comfortable creating opportunities from a standing start and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

Desirable

  • Existing network across the European neocloud / GPUaaS ecosystem, OEM AI teams, or relevant SIs.

  • Familiarity with how GPU capacity is financed and procured (capacity deals, colocation, build-to-suit, prefab models).

  • Familiarity with SE products or competitive power/cooling infrastructure solutions.

  • Multilingual - English essential; German, French, Dutch or a Nordic language advantageous.
